I am the owner and operator of my consulting wellness company, Hilcy Wellness .Psychology (hons)Degree for me was the start of a journey of enlightenment self awareness mindfulness and self discovery. My interest pushed me on upgrading my skills from post graduate diploma in psychological counselling ,to neuro linguistic programming, cognitive behaviour therapy , psychological first aid from John’s Hopkins amongst other online courses through prestigious universities - in addition to attaining the Postgraduate MBA degree from IITC Mumbai and banking work experience from Deutsche bank enabling me to offer pro bono counselling with NGOs.My skills and expertise in diagnosing, handling, counseling, and providing support to people who are going through emotional, intra-and inter-personal, and psychological challenges by creating and implementing patient treatment plans Dedication for work and passion to succeed in empowering people attain success in mindfulness and self awareness is the goal . ⭐️ -My focus is empowering others to 'Unlock Their Personal Best and Live it'! Through live seminars and personal coaching. Throughout the years, I have been the grounded voice of reason, enabling people to recognize their limiting patterns and take ownership of creating real and meaningful change. I am 26 years old, I was facing challenges in my marriage caused by a shift in my husband's behavior causing distress and concern for my safety and well-being.
On recommendation through Practo I was guided by Psychologist Ms Hemma DSouza on the importance to address this situation with care and urgency. Prioritising my safety .
Under her guidance I was able to manage therapy for my Husband to control his escalating behavior in difficulty controlling his emotions through cognitive-behavioral therapy .
He was able to develop healthier coping mechanisms, and learn strategies to manage his emotions in a constructive manner.

I was reminded that I deserve to be treated with respect, kindness, and dignity in my relationship. I was struggling with sleep and concentration, post my breakup , I reached out to therapist Ms Hemma DSouza .
She made me understand that the sleeping pills I was taking offered me short-term relief, it has side effects. Ma’am guided me to try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, having consistent bedtime routine .
Writing down my thoughts and feelings was therapeutic too in helping me process emotions related to my breakup.
She provided me with personalised guidance and strategies to help me manage my symptoms and navigate this challenging time more effectively.

I am a student . I was feeling too anxious all the time . I felt I had a lump in my throat and was unable to breathe on multiple occasions. I was also unable to sleep well though I felt sleepy .
I contacted Psychologist Hemma DSouza through practo . On her advise I underwent some tests to confirm that my physical parameters are normal, which they were .
Ma’am then began counselling me and teaching me through cognitive behaviour therapy and neurolinguistic therapy to manage the anxiety I was feeling, by acknowledging my thoughts , my emotions and resulting actions .

Hi I was dealing with chronic complaining at home. That made me over stressed and feeling drained . It took a strain on my marriage, contemplating divorce .
I was then referred to Ms.Hemma D’Souza for counselling .
She made me feel understood and guided me on the importance of having boundaries, protecting myself by being more assertive in communicating my feelings. Taking care of my self by managing my emotions . I am in charge of how I feel how I react and most importantly how to be peaceful from within .

I was struggling to forgive and forget after being heartbroken and could not talk normally as well , communication was difficult for me even though this happened long ago.
